The National TH15-M15VR is a 15" CRT produced by Matsushita (later known as Panasonic) and was sold under their National brand in Japan for 106,000 yen. It was introduced during the mid 1980s and features two composite video inputs, stereo sound, and a tilt-adjustable stand.

Recall

In 1998, the TH15-M15VR was subject to a recall involving flyback transformers on multiple Panasonic TV sets. On affected units, the flyback could crack open and allow dust and other debris to accumulate inside it, creating a possible fire hazard. Panasonic offered a free inspection and repair service for affected sets, which involved cleaning the area near the flyback and applying silicone compound on the flyback as protection from debris.[1]
